H300 has been found, and so has an H500 which has turned out to be that of my neighbour. A small message appears asking if I want to bond with either device. One scroll down to select the H300 and voila my phone and headset are paired. I did a few tests indoors to make sure everything was fine. The volume buttons worked great and one press of the and my phone asked for a voice tag to connect too. A voice tag is a tag you record on your mobile in the contacts so that you can if you wish, most phones have a similar feature these days. So I had no reason to believe that this smart looking was going to be any different.
